Dosage :
As directed by the Physician.
Generally, you can take a dose of paracetamol every 4-6 hours, but do not take more than three doses in a 24-hour period. You can take paracetamol before or after a meal.

Liver damage
Decreased white blood cell count

Warnings / Precautions :
Takings more than daily doses of Paracetamol may cause serious Liver damage or allergic reactions e.g. swelling of the face mouth and throat difficulty in breathing skin or rash
